It's one of those kitchen tools that I can't live without plus it makes such wonderful meals from sauces to complete entrees. I would love to have the roasting Crock-Pot one day, which you can place the ceramic pot on the stove to sear the meat and have it finished cooking in the slow cooker. yum, yum, yum :) The Crock-Pot is one my fave tools in the kitchen.
