And you just described my dream rec room! It's in the "five year plan" (or maybe that's a "ten year plan" now, lol!) But I will have one pretty much just like you explained - even if I have to wait till I'm retired to enjoy it. I've often described it to my husband and said something like "Just think ... the kids can have their friends over for a movie and they can make their own "root beer floats" and we'll have a place where we'll sit out all the ingredients so the can make their own ice cream sundae. Well - by the time we get the chance to do this - I better change my description to the kids can bring their friends over and make margaritas and pina coladas instead of root beer floats! (lol!) I don’t know if they’re still called rec rooms or not but that’s what I call them, lol!
